MY FAVORITE WINTER WARDROBE ESSENTIALS

Well guys Winter is officially here! At least if you live somewhere that has all four seasons. The dropping temperatures made me think about my favorite Winter Wardrobe Essentials and I wanted to share with y’all!

  • Puffer Jacket (preferably one that is water and wind proof): I am a huge fan in general of the brand, Patagonia. I recently got their Nano Puff Jacket and love it because not only is it wind and water resistant but it also is so lightweight while still keeping me incredibly warm.
  • Wool Coat: Sometimes the occasion calls for something a little more “polished” when it comes to coats. This is why I love the J.Crew City coat. I have it gray and have nearly worn it literally until the buttons have fall off. I think it has a super flattering silhouette and doesn’t just swallow your body up. And it’s currently over 60% off!
  • Faux Leather Leggings: These are really such a closet staple for me but I especially love them when its cold out and I’m not feeling a dress or skirt but want to still pull a “sleek” look together. I can’t say enough good things about the SPANX brand which is where my leggings are from but there are some other more affordable options out there on Amazon, etc.
  • Beanie Hat: Need I say more? I feel like I’ve developed a slight beanie addiction this year but I’m ok with it! There is obviously so many different kinds but I love a good chunky or pompom beanie because my style tends to be a little more feminine.
  • Sweater Dress: I’ve gotten a few sweater dress’s this Fall/Winter and definitely reach for them daily.  I can struggle with length sometimes because I’m around 5’8 but I love this TopShop one because it’s the perfect length and has a funnel neck.
  • Oversized Scarf: I just got this one from Anthropologie and could not recommend it more. I love a good neutral color because I can pair it with more outfits. It’s the softest thing ever and basically a blanket if you need it to be.
  • Cozy Winter Boots: I was so happy to get a pair for Christmas especially since it snowed. My boots are fleece lined and so affordable from Amazon!
