Ya’ll Spring finally seems to be here for good this time so why not invite some friends or family over to celebrate with a dinner party?! One of my favorite things to do in the Spring is to sit out on patios or decks and enjoy the weather with some good eats and a drink. If you read my NOLA Travel Guide you already know how obsessed I am with their style of cooking and food. I shopped for all my ingredients at Kroger with the exception of the Alligator Boudin which I got from Lexington Seafood.

Hi there! I’m Maya Griffin, currently residing in Lexington, Kentucky where I was born but raised close by in Nonesuch, KY (yes, it’s a real place!).
