Today on the blog I’m sharing two summer flatbreads! I actually made these for Mother’s Day and they were a hit! I just used Pillsbury flatbread dough from Kroger and pre baked it for half of the instructed time and removed it from the oven and put the toppings on and stuck it back in to finish. They are super easy and delicious. You don’t have to use a  cranberry orange goat cheese. It just caught my eye but any goat cheese or creamy cheese would work. I finished both of these flatbreads with a balsamic drizzle!
