This past Sunday I made this creamy hot cocoa while finishing our Christmas tree! All I did was toss the ingredients in the crock pot for about two hours on high stirring occasionally to scrape the melting chocolate from the bottom. I have made this using milk chocolate chips and it was WAY too sweet for me hence the semi-sweet chocolate chips. I garnished our mugs with marshmallows, whip cream, chocolate sprinkles and mint chocolate candy canes. So yums and perfect for this time of year.
