Ingredients:
1 granny smith apple, thinly sliced
1 cup of ham, diced
2 blocks of brie cheese
dijon mustard
honey
pizza crust (raw dough or premade crust)
When the end of the week rolls around I always find myself craving something super delicious and usually something easy to make. PIZZA. This past Thursday I made this pizza pictured above and it hit the spot. This time I used raw thin crust dough (Pillsbury). I didn’t put an exact measurement on the Dijon mustard and honey because I think it’s up for debate and the amounts used depends on your taste buds. I wanted the Dijon honey base to be more on the sweeter side.
You simply mix your honey and Dijon together for the base and add your toppings. Some may like to add additional cheese like traditional mozzarella but I just used the Brie. This cheese is one of my favorites because it is so creamy. Pop it in the oven at 425 degrees and its ready in 8-12 minutes! This is totally optional but I drizzled honey over the pizza right before serving it up
