Ya’ll Spring finally seems to be here for good this time so why not invite some friends or family over to celebrate with a dinner party?! One of my favorite things to do in the Spring is to sit out on patios or decks and enjoy the weather with some good eats and a drink. If you read my NOLA Travel Guide you already know how obsessed I am with their style of cooking and food. I decided to recreate some dishes we had on our trip to New Orleans for a Spring dinner party. Here’s the menu I put together:

I shopped for all my ingredients at Kroger with the exception of the Alligator Boudin which I got from Lexington Seafood.
