HAPPY NATIONAL HOTDOG DAY! Y’all I saw this holiday was coming up and naturally I starting planning on making some special hot dogs to celebrate. I couldn’t choose one kind of dog to make so I created 3 different kinds and literally ended up with a charcuterie board of toppings!

THE CLASSIC CONEY

THE HAWAIIAN

  • Grilled Pineapple
  • Red Onion
  • Cilantro
  • BBQ Lime Crema (mix bbq sauce, plain greek yogurt + squeeze of lime juice)

THE SOUTHWEST

  • Pico de gallo
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeño
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Avocado
  • Spicy Lime Cumin Crema (sriracha, plain greek yogurt, squeeze of lime, cumin, garlic powder)))
