Personal Health & Fitness Goals:
- Drink more water.
- No fast food for the entire month of January (and beyond but starting with this).
- Plan out week day lunches to avoid the easy sometimes unhealthy route of fast food.
- Work out 3-4 times a week and at least once on the weekends (I recently joined Fit with ASD and it helps keep me on track).
- Try to limit myself to one “cheat meal” on the weekend instead of most weekend meals.
- Establish a better sleep schedule during the week so I have more energy for the days.
- Try to do my workouts in the mornings (I actually prefer this but need to get a fair amount of sleep).
